Audit Oct 17, 2026. Titles are only "Hesychia". No canonical, no Organization/Product JSON-LD. /sitemap.xml and /llms.txt are missing, so crawlers can receive the SPA shell.

Scope

  • Homepage title: Hesychia — quiet, focused AI chat. Distinct titles and canonicals for pricing, privacy, changelog, terms, and account deletion.
  • Organization and Product JSON-LD on the homepage (operator AI ML Operations, LLC, $10/month).
  • Descriptive alt text on the brand mark (Sign In currently uses an empty alt).
  • Static public/robots.txt, public/sitemap.xml, and public/llms.txt listing the public pages. Disallow signed-in app paths.

Out of scope

  • Prerendering every route to static HTML.
  • Founder / about page.
