Public pages (product, pricing, changelog, privacy) use a flat dark background. Sign-in and the dashboard use the floating particle background.

Use that same particle background on the public pages, with theme-aware text so light and dark mode both stay readable.

Closing. Product, pricing, changelog, and privacy render through PublicSiteLayout, which mounts the same ParticleBackground as sign-in and uses theme text colors. Landed on master in #120.
