Beta deploy: vision build fails because file is Blob, not File #130

Summary

Deploy Beta run 929 failed on master (89228719) after the vision merge. Unit tests passed. npm run build:beta failed on every host.

react-scripts build reports:

TS2345: Argument of type 'Blob | null' is not assignable to parameter of type 'File | null | undefined'.
  Type 'Blob' is missing the following properties from type 'File': lastModified, name, webkitRelativePath
AsyncDashboard2.tsx:476
  const attachedImage = isImageFile(file) ? URL.createObjectURL(file as File) : null;

PromptValues.file is Blob | null. isImageFile only accepts File. The as File cast is on createObjectURL, so it does not cover the isImageFile(file) argument. Jest does not typecheck this path, which is why unit-tests stayed green.

Acceptance

npm run build:beta typechecks AsyncDashboard2
Image attach still previews and sends
Document attach still shows the filename
