Update public-facing About, Home, and Contact pages with current bio copy, business address, and Monica's headshot.

Scope

About page bio — Replace existing bio with the new "Meet Monica Dhillon — Your Real Estate Partner in the Western Suburbs" copy (Exit Realty Redefined, western suburbs / first-time buyers focus).
Business address — Use 1245 Butterfield Rd. #100, Wheaton, IL 60189 wherever the public business address appears (About, Home, Contact, footer as applicable).
About page image — Use the provided professional headshot next to the bio.

Acceptance criteria

About page shows updated bio text
Public Home / Contact (and shared footer/contact blocks) show the Wheaton Butterfield Rd address
About page uses the new headshot image with appropriate alt text
No stale address or placeholder bio remains on public pages
