Base package:

- Public site — landing, about, services, service detail, contact, and system pages
- Client portal + UTM tracking — login, lead inbox, lead detail, dashboard, and campaign attribution

Recommended add-ons:

- **Email & SMS** — booking confirmations, event reminders, and consent-managed campaigns
- **Payments (Stripe)** — deposit and balance invoices with pay links; requires Email & SMS

Optional later phases:

- **Social consolidation** — schedule party/event promotion across connected accounts; recommended once booking volume supports regular posting, and as a prerequisite for the AI social generator
- **Blog** — party-planning and event tips for local SEO
- **Direct mail** — targeted postcards for schools and community groups; print and postage usage are separate
