Multi-day calendar events disappear while they are still in progress.
CalendarEvent.past_event() treats any event whose start_date is today or earlier as finished, and ignores end_date / end_time. An event that started yesterday and ends tomorrow is classified as past. The Past tab in calendar2.html loops future_events, so that event renders in neither tab.
Expected: an event stays on Upcoming until its end date is over. If end_time is set, it drops off once that time passes on the end date. Past tab should list past_events.
