Goal

Mirror Monica: enrich the carrier-route compose table with Size, Income, Businesses, and a link to the official USPS EDDM map.

Scope

Mirror

ai_ml_operations/monica_site (ticket to follow).

## Goal Mirror Monica: enrich the carrier-route compose table with Size, Income, Businesses, and a link to the official USPS EDDM map. ## Scope - Same table columns and https://eddm.usps.com/eddm/select-routes.htm link as Monica. - Join public USPS EDDM GIS stats onto PCM ZipCRRT rows. GIS fail must not block Find routes. - Not official EDDM postage. ## Mirror ai_ml_operations/monica_site (ticket to follow).
