Details 
Master already has the public-page nginx from the 124 work, including the redirect that published port 8082. Keep that config and leave the shortlink Location relative.

westfarn 28fc51f723 Keep HeyCatch short links on the public host. 
A relative redirect from the static vhost was rewritten with the container port, so links like /y landed on hesychia.ai:8082.
