Positive Yelp reviews (via public aggregators mirroring Yelp) used on the homepage carousel:
- Meghan C. (Wheaton) — no upsell, same plumber each visit
- Angus W. (Wheaton) — “straight shooter,” stuck with tough drain job
- Bruce M. — economical repair, less than quoted
- Jason C. (Wheaton) — remodel + drains + sewer rod
- Clay B. — high integrity; suggests less expensive option when better
Negative Yelp reviews were not used on the marketing mock.
